The Pavilion takes 220 theatre-style with floor-to-ceiling windows; five smaller rooms handle breakouts, board meetings and workshops for 10 to 60. Every space has dedicated AV, natural light and blackout options — no converted dining rooms.
What makes it easy: delegates stay upstairs, catering comes from the Meridian kitchen, the rooftop bar handles the after-party, and your coordinator runs the day so your team can actually attend their own event.
