The Details

What a Solaris Palace wedding includes

The Grand Ballroom seats 180 with a proper dance floor, the terrace handles ceremonies for up to 120 with a weather backup indoors, and the Meridian kitchen does the catering — no outside caterers, no transport logistics, no cold food.

Every wedding gets Renee's events team: a dedicated coordinator from first tour to last dance, a complimentary suite for the couple on the night, and discounted room rates for guests who stay over. The casino, bars and spa are right there for the days around the wedding too.

Pick a tier, pay the deposit, get your planning portal and timeline.

Menu tasting

Dinner for two at Meridian — taste the actual menu, adjust what you want.

Final run-through

Two weeks out: floor plan, run sheet, supplier access times — all signed off.

The day

Your coordinator runs the room; you just show up and get married.

40 for the ballroom packages. Smaller weddings — down to 14 — work in Meridian's private dining room with a custom quote.

Florists, celebrants, photographers and entertainment — yes, bring your own or use our recommended list. Catering stays in-house with Meridian.

Always — the Pavilion room is held as your weather backup at no extra cost. Decision is made with you the morning of, never unilaterally.

20% deposit locks the date, staged payments after that, final balance two weeks out. Cancellation terms are on the refunds page.
