Using this site

This website provides information about Solaris Palace's accommodation, dining, spa, events and gaming services, and lets you send booking enquiries. Content is for general information — while we keep it current, rates and availability shown are indicative until confirmed in writing.

You must be 18 or over to use enquiry forms relating to gaming services. Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no automated bookings, no attempts to probe our systems.

Bookings & rates

• Quoted rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation — an enquiry form submission alone doesn't create a reservation.
• Card guarantees hold rooms; nothing is charged until check-in unless your rate says otherwise.
• Cancellation terms depend on your rate type — see our refunds page.
• Package inclusions (dining credits, cocktails, spa credits) have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Casino rules

Entry to the gaming floor is restricted to persons 18+ with valid photo ID. By entering, you agree to house rules posted at the entrance, NSW gaming law, and our responsible gambling policies — including our right to refuse service or request a guest leave the gaming floor. Management decisions on gaming disputes are made in line with NSW regulation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Solaris Palace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from services not directly provided by us (third-party transport, external tours and the like). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
