Skyline Rooftop Bar — level 16, open till late
The highest terrace on the Tweed Coast — a 40-page cocktail list, share plates till 11 pm and a sunset view that does half the work for your evening.
Entry is free. Sunset tables need a booking Thursday through Saturday — the rest of the time, wander up.

What the rooftop is like
Level 16, half open-air, half under a retractable roof — so the evening survives bad weather. The cocktail list runs from proper classics to a Tweed-botanicals section our bartenders built with the spa's herb garden.
Food is share plates from the Meridian kitchen till 11 pm — think kingfish crudo, lamb ribs and a cheese board that keeps winning arguments. After 8 pm it's 18+ only; earlier in the evening, families are welcome at the tables away from the bar.
