What we collect

When you book a room, reserve a table, join Palace Rewards or send us an enquiry, we collect the details needed to do the job: your name, contact details, booking dates, payment card details (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers), and any preferences you tell us about.

If you join Palace Rewards or play on the gaming floor, we also record visit and play activity as required by NSW gaming regulation. CCTV operates in public areas of the property for safety and compliance.

How we use it

• To make and manage your bookings, dining reservations and event arrangements.
• To contact you about your stay — confirmations, pre-arrival details, and replies to enquiries.
• To run the Palace Rewards program if you've joined it.
• To meet our legal obligations under NSW liquor, gaming and taxation law.
• To send occasional offers — only if you've asked for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal information, full stop. We share data only with the providers who help us operate — our booking and payment platforms, email service, and regulators where the law requires it. All providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. NSW gaming regulations require us to keep some records for set periods — where that's the case, we'll explain exactly what we must keep and why.
