Company & licences
Solaris Palace is operated by Solaris Palace Pty Ltd (ABN 63 118 942 507), trading under Solaris Hospitality Group Pty Ltd, registered at 29 Chestnut Dr, Banora Point NSW 2486, Australia.
The property operates as licensed premises under NSW liquor and gaming legislation. The gaming floor is operated under the hotel's NSW gaming machine entitlement and relevant licences, and is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID is required for entry.
GDPR — our commitments to EU/UK guests
While we're an Australian business governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), we welcome guests from the EU and UK and voluntarily apply the core principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all personal data we handle:
- Lawful basis: we process data only for bookings you've made, services you've requested, legal obligations, or with your consent.
- Access & portability: request a copy of your personal data in a readable format at any time.
- Rectification & erasure: ask us to correct or delete your data, subject to the retention rules below.
- Objection & restriction: object to marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Breach notification: in the unlikely event of a data breach affecting you, we'll notify you and the relevant authority within 72 hours where required.
GDPR requests go to solarispalace@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. Some gaming-related records must be retained under NSW law regardless; where a request conflicts with a statutory retention period, we'll tell you exactly what applies. For the full detail on what we collect and why, see our privacy policy.
